Terms of Services
Welcome! These terms explain how Voix Studio works and what you can expect when working with us. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our Services
Voix Studio provides creative services including design, visual development, illustration, motion design, branding, UI/UX, and related services. By engaging with us, you agree to work within the scope of the services outlined in our proposals, contracts, or service agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide clear and timely information, feedback, and approvals throughout the project. They must ensure that any content provided, including logos, images, or text, does not infringe on third-party rights. Clients are also responsible for making payments according to the timelines agreed upon in proposals or contracts.
Intellectual Property
All work created by Voix Studio remains our intellectual property until full payment is received. Once payment is complete, the rights for the agreed deliverables are transferred to the client as outlined in the contract. Voix Studio reserves the right to showcase work for portfolios, marketing, or case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments and Invoicing
We operate with transparency and fairness when it comes to payments. Most projects require a non-refundable advance payment typically 30% to 50% before we begin. Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. Any work outside the agreed project scope may require additional charges.
Revisions
Each project includes a set number of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
Cancellation and Termination
You may cancel a project at any time. Please note that deposits are non-refundable. If cancellation happens after work has started, you may still be responsible for work completed up to that point, including research, design time, or any expenses incurred. Voix Studio reserves the right to terminate projects if terms are not met, including non-payment or misuse of delivered work.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidence. Likewise, you agree to keep our work and processes confidential until final delivery or otherwise agreed. NDAs can be signed if requested.
